  • Manage submittals between consultants and agencies
     

  • Resolve obstacles that present themselves over the course of a project
     

  • Obtain land-use approvals from local, state, and federal agencies

  • Act as a liaison between the design team and reviewing agencies eliminating obstacles as they arise
